Clinical Coordinator

You’ve put in the ‘hard yards’ to learn all aspects of Dental Assisting it’s time to take the next step in your career, 1300SMILES Mackay has an opportunity for a highly skilled Dental Assistant to gain an insight into practice management.

This opportunity will ensure you are provided with an environment to learn the skills of running a successful practice. Your success will be supported with a team of professionals to assist you to build an insight into motivating a team, managing stock, attending to patient needs and supporting treatment plans. You will also ensure the smooth running of the Clinical side of the practice.

Along with being a qualified Dental Assistant or holding a minimum of 2 years experience under your belt, you will have an intricate understanding of Dental Terminology, understand the importance of Infection control and be able to promote this throughout the Practice. You will be a born leader and be keen to step up to run the practice in the Managers Absence.
