1300SMILES Ltd has opportunities available for full-time Dentists at many of our Queensland practices located outside of Brisbane.

1300SMILES Ltd, Australia’s only ASX listed dental services company, provides dental facilities at over 21 practices throughout Australia including; Townsville, Cairns, Mackay, Rockhampton, Gladstone, Bundaberg, Sunshine Coast, Brisbane, Toowoomba, Tweed Heads and has its head administrative office in Townsville.  

We provide the dental surgery, practice management and support staff to allow you to focus on the delivery of quality dental services.

As a dentist joining the 1300SMILES team you will benefit from:

• Operating as an employed dentist with a guaranteed income for the first 6 months and then moving to a commission basis thereafter that provides the potential to earn in excess of $300,000 per annum

To be considered for a position within our organization it is essential that you:

• are or can be registered to practice in Australia 
• have or can obtain professional indemnity insurance
• have or can obtain a current radiation licence
• are keen to achieve a high productivity rate
• have exceptional clinical, patient care and communication skills
• are reliable, flexible and willing to work a minimum of 38 hours per week (including Saturdays) and 48 weeks per year
• are prepared to commit to at least a minimum of 2 years
